Without noticing, I missed my 1 year fit- bday which was on the 25th March a few days ago but I still want to celebrate with you. In honour of my 1 year fitBday, I’m inviting you to ask me questions about my transformation this year.
The 1st photo is from when I decided to stop binge eating and started losing fat without a fixed exercise plan.
The 2nd pic is when I found the fabulous Emily Skye and started doing her workouts, which got me into weight lifting in the 1st place and into being consistent and serious about my health and fitness journey and I’ve stuck to it ever since.
I’d like to give a HUGE thank you to Karina Inkster, the vegan badass female health & fitness coach who helped me work on my form for all those badass moves that have helped me progress and make sure I’m activating my muscles correctly. Karina helped me learn how to build my own workout log and taught me to understand how to work my body and be independent with my training.
Most of all I’d like to thank you dear friends who have stuck around. Thanks to you I am not alone. 😛 The rest of my fat loss (over 22 lbs) is due to my whole foods vegan lifestyle. Lots of fresh fruit, potatoes, whole grains like rice, quinoa and pasta, tofu, tempeh, chickpeas, hummus, corn, nuts and tonnnnnnnnes of veggies and green leaves.
