You care about the animals, you care about the planet and your health and you want to stop eating meat? Don’t! Just eat vegan meat. All we need to know about which plant-based meats to choose from and where to start, is in this video!
Whether we’re just starting our vegan journey or already vegan level 1000; it’s important that we’re aware of the entire inventory of vegan meats available to us. Don’t be afraid to experiment with the different variety (see post about The 10 Commandments of Staying Vegan). Variation is sometimes key to success and with the vast range of vegan meats available, there’s no need to get bored with only one. When examining vegan meat products from various companies, look out for albumin ( = egg protein) and casein ( = dairy protein) in the ingredients list. Some companies are vegetarian and produce both vegan and vegetarian (contain dairy & egg) products. Checking the ingredient list is recommended, until you already recognise the vegan products in the supermarkets.
This video will showcase all the options available and will offer wonderful ideas to cater for daily meals and even for family/social events, on which we’ll want to make a special effort for our non-vegan family members and friends.
