Binge Eating Recovery
After years of living the dieting and binge eating cycle, of eating clean for a stretch and then that overwhelming feeling of mega grossness and disappointment in yourself after a terrible binge… that feeling of no control over it, frustration, depression, distress, self-hate, jealousy of others who don’t binge and wanting someone to pull you out of the sticky mud–I finally overcame it. Got my life back.
Since I see so many people struggling with the same problem, I’d like to share what worked for me. It might not work for you but you’ll never know if you don’t try. If you’ve tried it for a few months and see no progress, don’t give up, keep searching for another way. You’ll get there!

The ‘Assess & Recount’ Worksheet
Download worksheet for free.
The top section of the sheet should be used for each meal. It contains four meals by default but if you have more than four meals a day, by all means, use more than one worksheet.
The bottom section of the worksheet should be used at any point of the day in which you feel you’re struggling, overwhelmed by the process, feeling like you’re drowning in it. This section will help you get your bearings and continue ahead.
Having an accountability buddy is great (but only if this person is aligned with the technique and will not sabotage it for you). If you don’t have an accountability buddy, you can keep the sheets as a diary, to be able to revise and recount how you felt in the past, to help you progress into a binge-free future.
If you’re left with any questions, feel free to leave a comment and I will do my best to respond 😀
